Jodie has many years of high level service work experience, ranging from 1:1 EA Support, coordination and support within Bids & Proposals, to her current dual role as a Senior Administrative Assistant & Local Ethics & Compliance Officer for IMS UK at Collins Aerospace -Aviation industry.

Jodie has been with her current organisation, in the aviation industry for eight years and started as a temporary receptionist in 2012. Whilst keeping the faith and surviving many mergers and acquisitions during this time, Jodie remained loyalty to the company and her upheld her keen interest in the aviation industry during difficult times.

Paul has spent his career helping, empowering and championing the PA and Business Support industry. Raju Salique

Raju Salique is an ex banker by profession and brings in a magnitude of experience from his previous roles which include real estate, micro finance and a challenger bank.  He left his highly respectable finance career which spanned across 5 years to break into a highly niche market of the Private Lifestyle & Concierge world.  He is the Private PA and Chief Of Staff to a High Profile UHNW Saudi Family based in Chelsea since 2016.

Graduated from University with an Accounting & Finance degree, a student of the Chartered Bankers Institute Association, a regular public speaker for local charitable events, partner to an Asian catering company, keen hobbies include football, tennis and boxing, Raju Salique has possessed many attributes which has steered him down this path.

Skevi Constantinou is an EA with a wealth of experience across various sectors, predominately Corporate Finance. She is a huge advocate for the for the industry, evoking change by encouraging assistants to be heard as one voice.

Having created and launched the popular assistant lifestyle platform, The PA Way, Skevi’s mission is to ensure that assistants and admin professionals are valued, nurtured and listened to – by staging events and learning to enable them to “live like a boss!”

Skevi’s aim is to take assistants out of their bosses’ shadow and to own their own light.
