Kim Togneri has over 25+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant. She is currently PA to the Chief People Officer at Travelodge Hotels Ltd, and prior to that she was an Assistant at Lloyds Banking Group, for a number of years, supporting Executives in Finance, and then IT.
Kim is highly results driven and is passionate about the role of PA/EA being a career of choice. She is an active Committee Member of the Strategic PA Network and has been a judge in their annual Awards for the last two years. She is also a member of The PA Way and a Fellow member of the EPAA (Executive & Personal Assistants Association).
Her favourite platform is LinkedIn where she promotes the wide and varying capabilities of PAs/EAs and highlights the true strategic nature of the role. She believes that the role should be accepted for the highly valued position it is, with appropriate recognition and reward and the respect it deserves.
Kim's mantra is 'never stop learning'. She listens to podcasts and attends as many webinars and L&D events as possible in order to continue developing and growing professionally as well as personally. She loves networking and connecting with other PAs/EAs to share experiences and ideas.
