He has worked as a recruiter since 1998, and over the years, has grown his company - Strictly Recruitment into one of the of the most successful and prominent Business Support agencies in the UK. He has been lucky to work across various sectors including Professional Services, FinTech start-ups and disruptors, Banking & Finance, Executive Search, Property and Insurance, Sports Organisations and Clubs, and Media, Branding and Advertising companies.
Paul is now one of the most recognisable names and faces throughout the support community as a regular guest speaker and coach, and through his work as the founder of the Business Support Network (THE BSN), which has quickly become the go-to network for support staff. The network provides a packed schedule of inspiring events, skills sessions, tips, interviews and life-hacks provided by some of the best coaches and trainers in the world. Paul regularly contributes on The BSN using his coaching experience to help motivate and inspire the large community.
