Launched in 2026, the PA Show100 is a dedicated space for the UK's most exceptional executive support professionals to connect with peers, exchange knowledge and help shape the future of the profession. It unites those not only delivering outstanding support to the most senior leaders in their organisations, but also driving innovation, collaboration and best practice across the EA, PA and Chief of Staff community.

Entry to the PAShow100 is by invitation only. It features the most talented and influential EAs, PAs, Chiefs of Staff and Office Managers who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to their role, their organisations and the wider executive support profession.

The programme unites those who don't just support - they actively champion innovation, excellence and progress within the EA, PA and Chief of Staff community.

Membership is by invitation only, with members selected for their outstanding contribution to their organisations and to the wider executive support profession. To retain their place each year, members are expected to remain active and engaged within The PA Show100 community.

The UK’s leading event for executive support professionals, taking place on 3-4 March 2027 at Excel, London. Two days of CPD-accredited content, practical training and the best suppliers in the business, all under one roof. Free to visit, with conference upgrades available.

Membership is reviewed annually. Ongoing engagement is key, so members who don’t meet the expected level of participation may not be renewed.

Continued membership following a change of employer is subject to approval by The PA Show team.

Yes, you can step away at any time. Re-joining is subject to approval.
