The New Normal - Pro's and Cons of COVID on our Wellbeing and Business

In recent times and unusually, we all experienced the same thing at the same time - COVID.

As well as threatening the health of millions across the planet, the coronavirus, and the need to limit its devastating effects, dramatically changed the way we do things, especially when it comes to our work. These changes became known as 'the New Normal' and were adopted for the duration of the pandemic.

Now that the viral threat has diminished, many of those changes have continued (such as remote working, video conferencing etc) but is that as good or beneficial as it initially appears?

What affect are those changes having on our businesses, our staff and our individual wellbeing? Are those affects positive or negative and are they even recognised before its too late to benefit from them or practice damage limitation against them?
