Words matter: shifting the perception of our role through the language we use.

Can we contribute to changing the perception of our role through the words that we use when we talk about our role? It’s well known that there is a PR problem surrounding the business support profession, in this talk I will discuss how to talk about our role both internally and externally in order to shift perceptions. Initial introductions will also be discussed as well as how to introduce yourself to have a lasting impact.
