The skills you need to progress your career

Many people focus solely on their technical skills - the what to do rather than the how to work with others and the skills needed to build great professional relationships. However, we all need to work with others so this needs to be an important focus area.

The aim of this session is to help you make some time for your career and focus on some important elements to futureproof it and maximise your career potential. This session will look at why more than technical skills are required and provide tangible advice and guidance on what to consider to develop your career, including specific reference to nine skills.
