Believe it or not but 10 years ago I was washing cars for a living shortly after failing at Uni. It was extremely difficult to get anywhere and one day I met one great manager who made all the difference for me. So my topic will be around this because in a sea of bad managers it only took 1 good one to positively influence my life.
