I am so NOT just the minutetaker!

Most people who contribute to meetings know each other, and work together, outside the meeting and this can sometimes make the minute-taker feel something of an outsider. It can be daunting to interrupt some groups but it has to be done to save time and ensure the accuracy of the notes.

This session gives:

• an overview of what is relevant for minutes at each stage of the meeting and the detail that's essential on the day
• information that can be prepared before the meeting or included afterwards
• help to interrupt professionally and how to present as confident and competent when working with chairs and participants
