How to be your authentic self
Sometimes you might feel like you're holding yourself back at work.
You're not being your "true" self, the "real" you, the person your friends and family would recognise and know.
Hierarchies, authority and having a "work head" on can do funny things to our sense of self. You might feel like you're playing a different role and not showing up in a way that you would like.
How can you feel more like the authentic "you" at work? And what would thst feel like? What would you do differently and what might people notice?
