Listen Up! Effective Communication and Cocktails
We have two ears and one mouth for a good reason! How are your listening skills? In this fun and interactive session, we'll be sharing tips and exercises on listening skills, the different types of listening and how you can utilise these for work and in your personal life to become a more effective listener and communicator. Listening as an office manager is so important to hear the information, identify and understand the situation and share that where necessary to get the job done. Cocktails will be served too to celebrate the end of the conference!
