Something new has arrived on King’s Road – and Chelsea is already talking about it.

Say hello to Chelsea Grill, the newest neighbourhood restaurant on 300 King’s Road, created by Wild Group, the team behind some of London’s most beloved dining spots – Goodman, Beast, Wild Tavern, Wild, Krokodilos, Pinna, and Belvedere.

Since opening its doors in November, Chelsea Grill has quickly captured attention, recently featured by Hot Dinners and Miss Jones for its bold approach to fire-led cooking. Built around fire, smoke, and top-quality ingredients, Chelsea Grill centres its menu on a bespoke grill and dishes designed for sharing. The warm, lively dining room sets the tone for a restaurant that’s already becoming a local favourite.

In the kitchen, Head Chef Anton Vasilyev brings expertise shaped across Kyiv, London, and Paris, most recently as Executive Chef of Basque restaurant Sugaar.

His menu showcases standout cuts butchered and aged in-house, day-boat fish expertly charred over flame, dry-aged fish, ash-cooked seasonal vegetables, and rotisserie Poussin brined and dried for 24 hours before cooking.

The finale: a house-made cherry pie crafted by sous-chef Tyler Jennifer – already a talking point among early diners.

An elegant wine list pairs bold reds with flame-kissed meats and crisp whites with seafood, while Bar Manager Mikey Robinson leads the cocktail offering with refined classics and seasonal twists, including his signature Green Apple Gimlet.

Chelsea Grill is the latest opening from Wild Group, led by longtime partners George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev.

Since opening Goodman Mayfair in 2008, the duo has grown the group to nine distinctive hospitality brands, with two new concepts on the horizon for 2026. Located within the Sloane Stanley Estate, Chelsea Grill is now open for Tuesday–Sunday dinners, with weekend roasts set to join the line-up later this season.
