Meet Reading launches Meet Reading 2025 at PA Show

Meet Reading, which represents the key business hotels, conference venues and meeting spaces in Reading, is delighted to be exhibiting again at the PA Show. Sharing Stand B70P with two Reading-based partners and Meet Beyond London, we will be launching the new Meet Reading guide at the show.

The guide highlights the range of venues in Reading, which can host events from 2 to 700, just 23 minutes from London. And with 2500 bedrooms, can easily host overnight events. 

On Stand B70P as part of Meet Reading’s presence at the PA Show, and featured in the new Meet Reading guide, are Venue Reading, the conference body for the University of Reading's Whiteknights campus and Henley campus venues and the Roseate Hotel Reading - Reading's 5 star boutique hotel with its own cinema and meetings for up to 50. 

The guide also features another 10 key venues as well as incentive ideas to make y9our event in Reading a success. Key reasons to hold your event in Reading:-

Venue Reading

Just off the M4 Motorway, you’ll find the Venue Reading Team at the University of Reading's 321-acre, award-winning green campus. The team host meetings, conferences, and functions throughout the year.  A range of venues including a 400-seat lecture theatre are available for events, from small meetings to large residential conferences with 2,000 bedrooms available over the summer months. Complimentary parking is also included for all delegates.

The Roseate Reading

The Roseate Reading offers an unforgettable blend of artistic design, luxury, and impeccable service.
