Richard Enion is the founder of DrummingTeamBuilding.co.uk, a leader in corporate team-building experiences. Shaking a deal on the BBC’s Dragon’s Den in 2009, and then deciding to move on without their support, Richard along with his team have since helped organisations energise teams, improve communication, and foster collaboration through rhythm-driven workshops.
With almost two decades of experience delivering impactful events across the UK and internationally, Richard’s engaging style and caring approach resonate with diverse industries. His global perspective, shaped by living in Melbourne, Los Angeles, and South America, enhances his ability to connect with teams from all backgrounds.
