Book Rotunda - This impressive, floor to ceiling, book-lined space at the very heart of The Library of Birmingham, allows you to mingle among some of the UK’s best literary works. This is our most stunning space inside the Library and can be customised to suit most events styles.
The Book Rotunda accommodates up to 300 guests for a standing reception and 180 guests for a banquet dinner. Ideal for gala dinners, receptions, concerts, awards presentations, press events and exhibitions.
Library Feature Space
A beautiful, bright, space with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the Library’s unique architecture and overlooking Centenary Square. The Library Feature Space is the perfect setting for gala dinners, banquets, parties, and large events such as an indoor festival.
Set adjacent to the Book Rotunda, this space is the perfect setting for those wanting a truly unique event. The Library Feature Space can accommodate up to 550 diners or 1,000 guests for a drinks reception.
The Terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views over Centenary Square and the city skyline. You can’t get these views anywhere else in Birmingham!
The Highlight is adjacent to the Library’s in-house Art Gallery with views over the Book Rotunda’s famous balconies.
The Gallery exhibitions showcase some of the treasures from the Library’s world-class archive, heritage and photography collections.
