This Bi-annual event was organised in 2024 supporting our UK based client attending their global company wide convention. There are usually around 800 attendees from the UK alone.
The planning starts many months in advance, and it was such fun to work on. From a fantastic themed party night for 800 to multiple group dinners over the week, a daily transfers schedule and various activities. We also arranged goody bags to hand out from our hospitality desk throughout the week. Barcelona proved to be a fantastic city to host this event.
