Plant a Tree in Your Name and Discover Smarter Business Travel
Visitors to Global Travel Management (GTM) at The PA Show Spring 2026 will be able to plant a tree in their own name - adding to the growing GTM Forest while discovering a smarter, more sustainable approach to business travel.
On 25–26 February at ExCeL London, Stand C7P, Global Travel Management will invite PAs, EAs and VAs to take part in its long-running Carbon Reduction Strategy in partnership with Trees4Travel. For every visitor who engages with the team, one tree will be planted as part of GTM’s established reforestation programme - which has already planted 23,486 trees worldwide.
Reforestation projects currently operate in Nepal and Mozambique, with previous initiatives in Kenya and Haiti. Global Travel Management was the first UK-based travel management company to partner with Trees4Travel, creating what has become one of the sector’s longest-standing sustainability initiatives.
But the tree planting is just the beginning.
The award-winning GTM team (named Business Travel Team of the Year) will be on hand to discuss the real challenges PAs and office managers face every day - from last-minute itinerary changes and rising costs to policy compliance, reporting and out-of-hours support.
Whether supporting a growing SME or managing complex executive travel, Global Travel Management positions itself as a high-service alternative to large travel management companies - delivering personal consultancy, responsive support and advanced booking technology, all with a more agile and cost-effective structure.
“PAs and EAs are under constant pressure to deliver seamless travel while controlling cost and meeting sustainability expectations,” said Scott Pawley, Managing Director of Global Travel Management. “At The PA Show, we’re not just talking about planting trees - we’re inviting visitors to have a proper conversation about their specific travel challenges and showing them exactly how we can solve them. The tree is symbolic of the partnership we build with every client.”
The Global Travel Management team will offer tailored follow-up meetings or Teams demonstrations designed around each organisation’s specific needs.
