Introducing Chelsea Grill on King’s Road.

Introducing Chelsea Grill, a new neighbourhood restaurant on 300 King’s Road, within the Sloane Stanley Estate, is due to open on Tuesday, 18th November.

Chelsea Grill is built around three key elements - fire, smoke and top-quality ingredients. The menu is simple, centred around our bespoke grill and designed for sharing.

The kitchen team, led by Anton Vasilyev - previously Executive Chef of Basque restaurant Sugaar in Paris - sources exceptional cuts from the UK and Europe, butchered and aged in-house to ensure the highest quality, alongside day-boat fish and seafood grilled to perfection.

The menu includes dry-aged fish, seasonal vegetables ash-cooked overnight, Poussin brined overnight and dried for a whole day before being cooked over fire in our manual rotisserie, and homemade cherry pie, with all pastry made in-house by the sous-chef, Tyler Jennifer.

A curated wine list complements the food, featuring bold reds for the meat, crisp whites for the fish, and a handful of old-world surprises.

The cocktails will be classics with seasonal twists. Mickey Robinson, Bar Manager at Chelsea Grill, highlights his personal favourite - the Green Apple Gimlet - crafted with fresh Granny Smith apples.

 

Opening times:

Tuesday to Saturday dinners and all day Saturday and Sunday dining.

About Head Chef Anton Vasilyev

Anton Vasilyev began his career in 2012 at one of Kyiv’s leading steakhouses before training at Michelin-starred Chez Bruce in London. He went on to become Executive Chef for a major Ukrainian restaurant group, launching multiple concepts including the city’s first authentic Thai restaurant. After relocating to Paris in 2022, he led the kitchen at Basque restaurant Sugaar, refining his skills in fire cooking and seasonal menus. In 2024, Anton moved to London to open his own venue while continuing consultancy work and chef residencies.
