As a software engineer-turned- coach who has worked inside Amazon, Yahoo, and more, Yota has an inside view of some of the biggest companies in the world — and exactly what it takes to make it (and actually enjoy your work once you're there).

Yota is also the founder of Together in tech, a very human tech community of over 5000 people. She's also a visiting lecturer and board member for UCL's School of Management, and a UK delegate for the UN's Commission on the Status of Women.
