Rebecca Polson is Executive Support Manager to the Chief Executive at Alzheimer’s Research UK, the largest dementia research charity in the UK. In a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment, she provides high‑level strategic executive support and governance oversight, manages complex diaries and projects, and leads a four‑person team she has built and developed.

An award‑winning Executive Assistant, Rebecca brings more than 10 years’ experience spanning higher education, charity, private and public sectors. Her previous roles include supporting senior leaders at the Natural History Museum, the Incorporated Society of Musicians, and the Royal College of Music. Named PA of the Year (2023) and a finalist in the SecsintheCity PA of the Year Awards, she’s recognised for professionalism, discretion, and staying ahead of organisational needs.

Passionate about mentoring, Rebecca is a PA Life mentor and was shortlisted for PA Life Mentor of the Year 2025. Her approach is organised, strategic and proactive—empowering leaders and teams to focus on what matters most while creating the conditions for exceptional delivery and meaningful impact.
