Nicola Jenkinson graduated in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management and spent her placement year working for Disney World. Nicola then progressed through various roles in the 4- and 5-star event environment including De Vere where she managed a team of 45 sales people. She has hosted many large events including The Ryder cup where she ran a hospitality program for 3500 clients.
