Leeanne Adu is an inspiring speaker and champion for business owners, mothers and breast cancer thrivers.
With over a decade of experience as an award-winning Personal Assistant, Leeanne embarked on a new venture in 2018, establishing Leave It With LAVA, a virtual business support service for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Since then, her business has flourished, surpassing her goal of becoming fully self-employed by the end of 2019. Today, Leave It With LAVA has evolved into a Remote Assistant Agency with a dedicated team of 7 professionals. In November 2024 Leeanne was awarded VA of the Year at the Strategic PA Network's PA Awards.

At Leave It With LAVA, Leeanne and her team strive to provide comprehensive and reliable remote PA services, allowing individuals to focus their expertise in the right direction while entrusting the management of back-office functions to capable hands. With Leeanne's wealth of experience and dedication to excellence, her clients are rest assured that their businesses will receive top-notch support.

Leeanne's journey as a business owner and mother took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with stage 3, grade 3, triple-negative breast cancer in late 2020. Despite the challenges she faced, she emerged stronger and completed her treatment in late 2021. Leeanne's resilience and determination make her a powerful advocate for breast cancer awareness and a source of inspiration for individuals navigating their own health journeys.

As a seasoned public speaker, Leeanne captivates audiences with her authentic storytelling and shares valuable insights on various topics. She regularly speaks about running a business, mental health matters, and breast cancer advocacy. Her personal experiences and lessons learned empower listeners, encouraging them to overcome obstacles and embrace their true potential.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Leeanne finds solace in running, utilising it as a tool to combat her own struggles with mental health.
