Kirsty Leighton is a communications trailblazer, formidable entrepreneur and ethical business champion. In 2025, her industry leadership was recognised with her appointment as Chair of the PRCA.

After more than 30 years in PR, Kirsty founded Milk & Honey in 2017 based on a simple idea - to build the kind of agency that she would want to work for. In under a decade, this people first, values led and purpose driven agency has grown to encompass five offices on three continents and gain more than 200 award recognitions, including multiple ‘best place to work’ wins.

Kirsty is committed to better business and ethical communications. She is a B Corp pioneer and champion, with Milk & Honey: one of the first European agencies to certify; named a B Corp ‘Best for the World’; and one of the highest scoring B Corp communications agencies in the world.
