Kelsea is currently Senior Executive Business Partner at Intuit, who deliver on their mission to power prosperity around the world by working to solve the most important financial problems of the customers and communities they serve. Kelsea sits on the International & UK Senior Leadership Teams supporting the SVP of International & the VP, UK Country manager and represents the UK EA Business Partners as EA Site Lead. Kelsea is passionate about the importance of the business support industry’s professional development so that they can do the best work of their lives, and is an advocate for working parents and the importance of DE&I in the workplace.

When Kelsea is not working in her “day job”, she is Co-chair for Intuit’s UK Abilities Network, who aim to remove the stigma, educate, and raise awareness of disabilities, and is also an Ambassador for the Assistant Room, the first lifestyle and professional development platform dedicated to developing the careers of Business Support Professionals around the world. She also volunteers for Crohn’s and Colitis UK & enjoys downtime on her Peloton!
