Jo is the Global Director of Consulting Services and Operations at consulting firm Baringa and is a member of the Firm’s Global Diversity Network, Client Executive Committee and Sustainability Exec Committee. Jo has undertaken multiple learning and development activities for herself including both an MA and MBA – fuelled by a deep growth mindset, Jo’s own learning journey is ongoing, having just finished studying with Cambridge University’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).
She has lived and worked in Hong Kong as well as the UK while she built her career in banking, the legal profession and now management consulting - 3 demanding industries in which she has excelled, as demonstrated by being featured in the 2022 list of top 20 Legal Client Operations professionals in Europe, and being part of the team that was awarded the FT Innovative Lawyer award for Client Relationship Management.
Jo is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, has competed for Great Britain and even has time to be the class rep for her two children. She lives in London with her husband, two children and family dog.
