Joanna worked as a secretary and PA for a variety of organisations before moving into training, focusing on business writing. This led to her involvement in minute-taking (having taken minutes from her first job) and she now trains over 1000 people a year. Her courses are practical and fun (no PowerPoint) giving minute-takers the knowledge and skill to deal with the reality of the role.
