Ella is a born organiser who has carved her niche outlook on life through a career split between catering, event management and C-Suite PA support. Her communication skills and calm, light approach combined with her positive energy are what sets her up for success.

Ella is passionate about making life more manageable; streamlining processes, questioning the status quo and striving for efficiency. In an ever-busy world, she believes in working smarter not harder. She works to live and lives life to the full. A firm believer in the ‘butterfly effect’, Ella believes that even the smallest act of kindness or thought will go a long way towards helping individuals recognise the true value of themselves as a whole entity; their skills, their personality, their drive and their surroundings.

In her current role she is the Co-Lead of the National Grid, EA/PA network group. As a volunteer, Ella has taught many people to cook, most notably ex-offenders as part of a reform programme, been a teaching assistant in a special needs school in East Africa and managed ‘United for Peace’ events bringing together vast cross sections of the religious and agnostic communities.

Ella has 2 dogs and is often found following them round the Chiltern Hills.
