Donna Elliott

Director, DEVA

With 25 years of invaluable experience in administration, I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment, culminating in the establishment of my own Virtual Assistant business. Specialising in supporting neurodiverse clients, I am dedicated to recognising and harnessing the unique needs and strengths they bring to the workplace.

In my quest to make a lasting impact, I am developing a pioneering training program tailored for Specialised Neurodiverse Virtual Assistants. This program aims to equip individuals with the specialised skills and insights required to empower neurodiverse clients, ensuring they not only navigate but thrive in the professional landscape. By providing targeted training, I envision a future where neurodiversity is not just accommodated but celebrated in the workplace.

To further strengthen this initiative, I am in the process of creating a comprehensive network/database that will connect these specialised Virtual Assistants with those seeking their unique expertise. This network will foster collaboration and accessibility, ensuring that neurodiverse clients have seamless access to the support they need.

Beyond the confines of traditional business, my mission extends to cultivating an environment where neurodiversity is not only accepted but celebrated. I believe that embracing the diverse talents and perspectives of neurodiverse individuals contributes to a richer and more inclusive professional landscape.
