Daniel Reid is a national award‑winning Executive Assistant, working at board level within the Chief Executive Office at Oxfordshire County Council, supporting the Director of Economy & Place. In 2025, Daniel was recognised with a National PA Award for his impact, innovation, and leadership within the profession.

Daniel’s current focus is on bringing structure, pace, and clarity to complex, high‑pressure environments. He is particularly interested in driving early wins through smarter ways of working, including the practical use of AI to reduce manual administration and create space for more strategic, forward‑thinking leadership at the top of the organisation.

Passionate about moving beyond traditional perceptions of “support” roles,
Daniel is also Co‑Chair of the Young Persons Network at Oxfordshire County Council. In this role, he helps shape organisational conversations, champions early‑career voices, and drives positive, inclusive change.
