Caroline Rees Williams

Caroline is a Business Manager (Chief of Staff equivalent) at The AA, supporting the Managing Director of Financial Services and AA-X. Her role spans strategic projects, business operations, governance, communications and executive support across two emerging business units.

Prior to joining The AA, Caroline spent six years at The Valesco Group, a private equity real estate company, where she progressed to Vice President of Operations, working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Alongside her corporate role, she served as a founding Trustee of The Valesco Foundation and led the organisation’s philanthropy and social impact strategy from inception.

Caroline is a regular speaker and mentor within the business support profession and has spoken at The PA Show for the past three consecutive years. She is a finalist for Mentor of the Year at the 2026 Strategic PA Awards and has previously received industry recognition including EA / PA Rising Star, Office Manager of the Year and Commitment to CSR. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
