Caroline has 10 years' experience in office and operations management, and is currently Operations Manager and EA to the CEO at The Valesco Group. She also sits on the Board of Trustees of Valesco's charitable arm, The Valesco Foundation, and has run the charity since inception 4 years ago. Caroline holds a BSc. (Hons) Economics from the University of Birmingham and is the proud recipient of several industry awards including 2023 Office Manager of the Year (SecsInTheCity) and 2024 Charity Rising Star (WeAreTheCity).
