Caroline has 9 years' experience in Office and Operations Management, and is currently Operations Manager and EA to the CEO at The Valesco Group, where she has been for the last 3.5 years, responsible for operations and infrastructure. She also sits on the Board of Trustees of The Valesco Foundation. Caroline holds a BSc. (Hons) Economics from the University of Birmingham and has won several industry awards including Hybrid Office Manager of the Year (The Office Management Group), Office Manager of the Year (SecsInTheCity), EA / PA Rising Star (WeAreTheCity), Commitment to CSR (PA Life Magazine) and Office / Facilities Manager of the Year (Strategic PA Network).
