Caroline is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer. She has over 10 years’ experience supporting senior leaders across the education and financial services sectors. Known for her strategic, proactive approach, Caroline operates as a trusted partner to executives, helping them navigate complexity, prioritise effectively and lead with impact. During periods of challenge, she uses her calm judgement and decisiveness to maintain momentum.

Earlier in her career, Caroline led major operational projects including managing all COVID-related office operations within a financial services business and transforming a non-compliant workplace into a fully compliant health and safety environment. In her current role, she project manages one of the most important event in the CEO’s calendar, delivering a global leadership event for the company’s top 100 leaders. Caroline is the winner of PA Life Star of the Year 2025 and SecsintheCity PA of the Year 2025 awards.
