The travel assistant built for the person arranging the trip
Most travel platforms are built for the traveller.
StayBotic Executive is built for the person who has to make the trip happen.
An executive might send:
“David needs to be in Frankfurt next Tuesday. 9am at Deutsche Bank. Under £250. Quiet, breakfast, somewhere close.”
For an EA, that two-line message can mean searching dozens of hotels, checking the real journey to the meeting, comparing cancellation terms, remembering the traveller’s preferences, checking company policy and then explaining the recommendation to someone else.
StayBotic was built to handle that work.
The company is AI-native, built around artificial intelligence from day one rather than adding an AI chatbot to a traditional booking platform.
An assistant can paste the original request into StayBotic or simply forward the email to StayBotic without opening the platform at all.
StayBotic interprets the brief, checks live hotel availability, applies traveller preferences and company policy, calculates the real distance to what matters and returns one recommendation with the reasoning behind it.
If approval is needed, the executive receives a secure link and can approve from their phone in one tap. The EA can then complete the booking on their behalf.
StayBotic was founded by Dr Jude Fletcher, an AI engineer and technology leader who completed his AI research PhD at the University of Oxford and has since built and led AI systems across multiple industries.
“Assistants do not need another hotel search engine,” says Dr Fletcher. “They need something that understands the request, does the reasoning and gets them confidently to a decision.”
