Using SWR Business Direct means that you are free from submitting travel requests, free from waiting for tickets to be sent, free to use e-tickets and free to use with no booking fees at all.

SWR Business Direct is adaptable to the users needs allowing for multiple travel policies to be enforced and user definable fields created to record MI such as PO numbers, reason for travel, account, etc. You can create multiple users accounts each set with defined parameters.

SWR Business Direct also offers an easy to user reporting system for auditing needs. Just 2 clicks and a details report of all travel over a defined period can be download showing travel details, fares used, CO2 footprint and savings vs available fares.
