Rookery Hall Hotel’s new General Manager looks ahead at Inspired Meetings and Events proposition for 2023
Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa is arguably one of Hand Picked Hotel’s flagship conference and events venues in The North.
The 4-star venue is located 15 minutes from the M6, just 10 minutes from Crewe, and within easy reach of Stoke, Chester and Manchester. Now, with the high-speed rail link connecting London Euston and Crewe, it also means that delegates can be out of London City and into their country house event in 2-3 hours.

Wellness Focus in 2023
“We have an incredible health club and spa facility and team here at Rookery Hall and we are currently working on some exciting new initiatives to bring wellness into our meeting rooms and event experiences. This is something we have been wanting to do across the Hand Picked Hotels collection for a while now and we will be trialling this initially at Rookery Hall in the New Year. Wellness in meetings will be a big focus for us in 2023 and we are very excited to be the launch site for this. Now with the high-speed rail link from London Euston to Crewe, we think this is going to provide lots of opportunities for out-of-the-city events as well as for our local clients, incorporating our high-end conference facilities alongside the country house and wellness retreat experiences that we deliver so well."
Micro Meetings for Maximum Results
“Hand Picked Hotels has recently launched a new Micro Meetings offering, which makes planning small meetings for up to 7 delegates really quick and easy. We are particularly excited about this at Rookery Hall as we know lots of our local businesses and clients are wanting to book shorter-lead events for smaller groups and this new package takes much of the planning fuss away. Our Audlem room is perfect for ‘micro’ executive meetings, small team meetings, and even job interviews and we can be really flexible with food and drink options on the day.
For bigger events from 8 right up to 200 delegates we continue to offer our 8, 24, or 32-hour packages and have a variety of adaptable indoor and outdoor event spaces to accommodate these.”
