Limos4 Named Official Cooperation Partner of Zurich Film Festival
Swiss-headquartered chauffeured ground transportation provider Limos4 has been named an Official Cooperation Partner of the Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) under a two-year agreement beginning in 2026.
For the festival’s 22nd edition, running from 24 September to 4 October, Limos4 will coordinate guest ground transportation throughout the 11-day event. The operation is expected to involve approximately 1,500 chauffeured rides, around 30 vehicles and up to 70 chauffeurs, with Limos4 serving as the single operational control point for festival transportation.
The partnership also includes direct integration between ZFF’s guest management platform and Limos4 systems. Changes to guest schedules can flow into dispatch without manual re-entry, allowing both teams to work from the same up-to-date information as itineraries change.
That coordination becomes particularly important when flights are delayed, festival appearances run longer than planned or additional engagements are added at short notice.
Throughout the festival, Limos4 will provide live monitoring, on-site coordination and contingency capacity from a dedicated control desk, alongside daily operational reporting to the ZFF team.
The Zurich Film Festival’s 22nd edition will present approximately 100 films alongside competitions, gala screenings, talks, masterclasses and special events, bringing filmmakers, industry professionals and guests from around the world to Zurich.
