For the fourth consecutive year, Richmond Hill Hotel has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, reinforcing the hotel's belief that exceptional hospitality starts with a happy, engaged and empowered team.

The hotel has also been awarded a 2026 Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award, an accolade recognising businesses that consistently receive excellent feedback from travellers and rank among the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor.

Two of Richmond Hill Hotel's team have been named as finalists in the prestigious 2026 Hotel Cateys, organised by The Caterer. Gerald Victoire has been shortlisted for Food and Beverage Manager of the Year, while Head Chef Lukasz Krzysiek is a finalist for Hotel Chef of the Year, recognising the talent behind the hotel's growing food and beverage offering.

Lukasz has already had an exceptional year, having recently been named Outstanding Leader of the Year at the 2026 HR in Hospitality Awards, where he was recognised for his leadership, the trust he has built within his team and his impact on both the guest experience and the hotel's performance.
