We are thrilled to announce the addition of Paula Harding to our speaker program on Wednesday 3 July at Victoria Warehouse Manchester. Paula is an Executive Assistant at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM), supporting Professor Phil Padfield, Dean of Education, and the Senior Management Team. Paula is the direct support of Phil who has responsibility for the strategic development of LSTM’s teaching and learning portfolio, a challenging and demanding role.

Since leaving school in 1990, Paula has progressed from her first role as an Office Junior to an ambassador of the EA/PA profession. Paula is passionate about encouraging EA’s and PA’s to discuss their roles, share their knowledge and network with business professionals to build business acumen and credibility.

Paula is a fellow of the EPAA (Executive and Personal Assistants Association), an association that focuses on industry development through networking. Through EPAA she has been able to organise and attend many development events which have led her to meet industry peers and gain a prominent voice within the industry she serves. Additionally, Paula is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) and has worked with fellow PA Show Manchester speaker Andrew Jardine in order to bring an IAM event to Liverpool.

Paula will be hosting her CPD accredited seminar ‘The EA as Coach’ in the Personal Development Theatre on July 3 at PA Show Manchester, seminar passes are still available so don’t delay booking your place.
