Be it a major international conference or an exclusive meeting, a glitzy awards dinner or a Wow! incentive trip, our experts are here to help you from the very outset to the end of the event, and beyond.

Our teams can cover each of three key areas for you – finding the perfect venue, managing the entire event and full technical production and content creation. All under one roof. 


The venue creates a delegate’s first impression of your event. It needs to be perfect. Evolution can find you the perfect solution for events of all types and sizes, across the UK and worldwide. We provide a complimentary venue finding service on a sole agency basis.

Working with you from the outset, we’ll begin by looking at locations and destinations, reviewing requirements such as accessibility and travel to shortlist suitable options. You may already have a preferred destination in mind – there’s a high probability we will know it too, given our extensive global experience.

Once we’ve narrowed down locations, contacted the appropriate venues that meet the brief and secured availability, we provide a concise proposal with the best offers. We assist in selecting a preferred option, negotiate terms on your behalf through to contract signing and introduce you to the venue’s team. We’ll check in with you in the lead up to the event and help with changes.


If you are looking for additional support for your Events team or somebody to take over managing the event for you, Evolution is delighted to help. This can be anything from basic assistance such as rooming lists, name and delegate number changes, to creating and managing your event web site, delegate invitations and registration, delegate and supplier payments, organising sponsors and exhibitors, securing off-site venues, catering and entertainment… and anything else needed for the successful delivery of your event.

Maybe you’d simply like a team activity or excursion to see the local sights? With specialist contacts across the globe, we can manage all or part of your event, wherever you choose to go. Evolution’s third pillar is technical delivery. With an extensive range of the latest AV technology, set and staging, filming and content creation facilities, our hugely professional, experienced technicians run everything for you. We support small events and road shows right up to large major productions both indoors and outdoors, UK and abroad. We are always happy to provide ideas, proposals and costs, regardless of whether we are involved in other aspects of the event organisation. When we provide venue finding or event management, cutting out the “AV middleman” can reduce costs and give you a single point of contact from a group of experts.

Our production team is on hand to advise of the suitability (or not) of prospective venues from a technical delivery point of view, regardless of if we are providing production, ensuring you get expert input on every aspect of your event.
