Hello and welcome, my name is Amanda Johnson and I’m a Business Coach, Mentor and Trainer specialising in Virtual Assistants
I launched my own successful VA business after retirement from the Royal Navy after 23 years service, grew a team and between us we supported a variety of business across the UK and globally.
I started training, coaching and mentoring Virtual Assistants in 2014; sold my “doing” VA business in 2016 and have purely focussed on providing training, coaching and mentoring since then.
I am very humbled and proud to have been voted best VA Training Provider in the UK for 4 years in a row and to speak on the subject of Virtual Assistants across the world.
I am a wife to a great husband who is a Mortgage Consultant, a Mum to 2 gorgeous little boys and we live on the edge of the New Forest. Shall I share a secret – I am not very pink or fluffy despite the colour of my brand!

√ Play the long game, be the CEO of your business and not the Do’er.
√ People will generally do business with those that they know, like and trust. Communication is critical to your success.
√ Focus on the outputs / transformation you give your clients and not on the services you offer.
√ Swim in your own lane – do not compare your start to someone elses start, middle or end.
