The first day on the keynote will be moderated by the world famous Skevi Constantinou, Founder and Director of The PA Way, a global lifestyle platform for Executive, Personal and Virtual Assistants including Office Support professionals.

Skevi will open the conference with a bang at 10.00 with her session ‘The CEO to your Glow’, a presentation that will inspire you to dream BIG, be present in the moment and manifest the career and life YOU want!

This session will set the tone for the Keynote Theatre which, throughout the 2 days of the show, will host insight from inspirational speakers and panellists discussing a range of topics including ‘What it takes to be a Private PA to HNWIs’, exploration of the world of the celebrity PA, Expert PA panel discussions that look at the role of an Assistant in a variety of contexts as well as must-attends on mental health, wellness and the role of the Personal & Executive Assistant in ensuring diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

This is all about you! What skills to focus on to future-proof your career, the future of the PA role, how to create a personal brand, how to gain confidence at work and in life by being more assertive, how to hone your presentation skills, understanding conflict management, emotional intelligence competencies and developing your leadership strengths. All of these topics and more will be delivered, discussed and debated over the course of the conference by a crack team of professional trainers including Joanna Gaudoin, Lauren Foster, Judy Salmon, James Hasler, Andrew Jardine and Paul Pennant.

The Key Skills theatres will host an unrivalled programme of technical and technology skills training delivered by absolute best in class trainers. Over the 2 days, the conference will deliver techniques, tech and tips across a broad range of technical platforms, all designed to increase efficiency and make every PA and EA’s life simpler. The Key Skills 1 theatre opens with Lauren Bradley, Founder and Lead Trainer of jointheofficials.com and her session ‘No Fear Allowed: Ending Technology Aversion’ which showcases Lauren’s favourite apps for assistants that are easy to use and in her words “help automate your day and make you look like a tech god to your executive and colleagues!" Other highlights include Marie Heinsen, EA to the Co-Founders & Head of Sagittarius Agency Services, with an introduction to Google Workspace covering GMail, GCal, GDocs and GSheets as well as an overview of file sharing and GDrive, giving those new to GSuite a jump start and James Hasler of HaslerHill Consulting with invaluable tips on “Planning and Facilitating Zoom sessions that Pack a Punch!”

Aka the Microsoft Skills Theatre. We are thrilled to be welcoming back Paul Pennant, the multi award-winning founder, Managing Director and Principal Trainer at Today’s PA. Paul trains on all Microsoft Office products at all levels, helping PAs to utilise this technology to ultimate advantage. A certified Microsoft Expert, Paul has even been invited to train PAs at Microsoft! Day 1 in the Key Skills 2 theatre will see a Paul Pennant takeover with the Today’s PA conference, 6 sessions with guaranteed learning and takeaways to help over-worked PAs save time and reduce stress.

Day 2 will see an equally packed programme of invaluable training with first class trainers including the highly-respected Shelley Fishel, prolific author of books on Microsoft Office and founder of Tomorrow’s VA, an online training academy for all things Microsoft, who will be sharing her insights on ‘Taming Microsoft Teams’ and in ‘From Word to Powerpoint’, the art of creating a slide deck from a Word document.

Whether you’re considering taking the leap, at the beginning of your journey as a VA, or looking at ways of expanding your VA business you’ll discover a range of topics specifically aimed at the VA business of today. Annabel Kaye will explain the importance of GDPR compliance and what contracts you need to have in place as a new VA. On Day 1, Sarah-Jane Heath will present on why you have to ‘Stop Freelancing and be the CEO your VA business deserves’, Rebecca Newenham looks at ‘Online Networking for Success’ and Jemma Broadstock shares techniques on ‘Using sales psychology to advertise your VA services’. On Day 2, sessions include ‘Career Progression for ambitious VAs’ delivered by Victoria Tretis whilst Lauren Bradley speaks about ‘Demystifying pricing and how to scale your VA Business’
